Club Cashback Programme Terms

1. Joining

Any grassroots sports club can apply. We review every application and may approve or decline it. The person applying confirms they can act for the club. Once approved, the club receives a unique cashback code. We may change the code (for example if it clashes with another club); supporters already linked stay linked.

2. Supporters

A customer supports a club by entering its code when they create their scrapbook account, or later from their account page. Each account supports one club. After a club has been chosen, only Footy Fits can change it.

3. What earns cashback

Cashback is earned on paid orders for printed scrapbooks placed by linked supporters, on any Footy Fits scrapbook site (football, rugby, cricket or netball). Currently: £4 per order, or £20 for a single order of 8 or more copies, instead of (not as well as) the per-order amount. Creating an account, building a scrapbook or previewing it does not earn cashback. We may change the amounts for future orders; cashback already earned is not affected.

4. Pending, approved and paid

New cashback is Pending. It becomes Approved 14 days after the order is dispatched, once the refund window has passed. If an order is cancelled or refunded, its cashback is reversed; if the club has already been paid for it, the amount is deducted from the next payment. We pay approved cashback to the club by bank transfer or another method we agree with the club, usually at the end of each month.

5. Fair use

Cashback is for genuine purchases by the club’s supporters. We may withhold or reverse cashback, suspend a club or end its participation if we find misuse, and we may change or end the programme with reasonable notice. Parents always pay the normal scrapbook price.

6. Privacy

Your club dashboard shows your number of supporters and your cashback, with order references only. It does not show customers’ names, addresses, payment details or scrapbooks. Questions? Email info@footyfits.co.uk.
